How do I register or purchase tickets?
Choose the city where you would like to attend a Roadshow from the Locations menu and click on any of the orange "Register" links.
How much does it cost to attend the WEBCON Roadshow?
Each city has a unique cost. Visit the registration page to view costs for the confirmed cities.
Instead of paying directly through your website for my ticket(s), can you invoice me?
We no longer accept payment via invoice. You must pay for your tickets at the time of registration via credit card. To process your payment, we are using STRIPE, a popular and secure payment portal.
Will I receive confirmation of my ticket purchase?
After you have successfully registered and paid for your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation e-mail, listing any and all registrants. If you purchased tickets on behalf of someone else, they will also receive a confirmation email, sent to the email address you provided for them.
Will I receive a hard-copy or online version of my WEBCON Roadshow ticket, that I will need to present?
You will not receive any tickets in the mail or online. Simply provide your name at registration.
I bought my ticket, but now I can't attend. Can someone else use my ticket?
You can transfer your Roadshow ticket to another person, up until 48 hours prior to the event. Please contact email@example.com if you wish to request a ticket transfer.
I bought my ticket, but now I can't attend. Can I receive a refund?
Please note that all ticket sales are final. There will not be any refunds issued for unused Roadshow tickets.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
Unfortunately, we are not selling tickets at the door. Roadshow tickets will be sold in advance, up until 48 hours prior to the event.
Will you be providing food to attendees of the Roadshow?
Each Roadshow held in the morning will include a hot, buffet breakfast. Please note that it is first come, first served. For Roadshows held in the afternoon, refreshments will be served during the break.
Note: Toronto Roadshow will include lunch for those attending the LWS user sessions.
Will any photos or video taken of me and will they be used by you?
By attending the WEBCON Roadshow 2017, you consent to having your image, voice, likeness and/or presentation recorded. We reserve the right to use these images and/or recordings how and where we wish, without giving notice to you, or compensation.
Is parking included with my ticket?
Please be aware that parking might not be available or free at your selected city event. Please check the city page for more details on parking availability and cost.
Why did you change to the Roadshow format?
By bringing the event to you, we believe we can achieve our goal of creating a fantastic learning experience without the huge commitment of time and cost to you and/or your employer. By making WEBCON content more accessible to those in the industry that have yet to learn about how online marketing is reshaping the industry, we're growing our audience in a way that we wouldn't be able to, if we held a two-day conference in one city.
When will your available cities and schedules be available?
The cities we will be visiting can be viewed on the homepage of this website. Exact dates will be announced in stages, over the next few months. Register for your city early, to be the first to know the event details!
How long does the Roadshow event take?
All that is required from you, is a morning or afternoon. Typically, the schedules will follow the same format - starting at approx. 7:45am and ending around 12-1pm or starting at 1pm and ending around 4-5pm.
Note: WEBCON Toronto will take place during the afternoon leading up to the Rental Marketing Awards (RMA's) and dinner taking place at the same venue during the evening.
